Turnover Vulnerability Analysis

This tool provides a 15-minute online questionnaire that allows you to obtain anonymous employee input that exposes critical satisfaction gaps that can cause the unwanted departure of valuable talent.

This survey process should include every employee's input, however, a representative cross sample of your workforce can also provide a reliable analysis of your situation.

This tool tabulates then retains the collected data in chart-graph form, allowing you to repeat the process every 18 to 24 months and track progress.

Human Resources staff must be instructed to appropriately:

  • Facilitate the process of providing instructions to the workforce
  • Answer employee questions as the data is being collected
  • Facilitate the communications process to ensure credible feedback to employees

TOOL FEATURES

Generate tokens…this feature allows the administrator to create one-time use only passwords to assign to each employee. It also tells the administrator which passwords have not been used as of the expected survey completion date so that only the specific employees can be reminded to complete the questionnaire. To ensure anonymity, KEi alone has access to the questionnaire responses.

CEO letter to employees…this feature allows the top company executive to craft an upfront introduction to the online questionnaire that covers the who, what, when, where, how and why issues.

Administer analysis questionnaire…this feature provides access to the questionnaire so that the administrator can at any time view each of the questions. It also allows the administrator to access this tool for completion under special circumstances, using their confidential toolbox password. Note: a tool use fee will be invoiced each time this questionnaire is fully completed.

Review analysis results…this feature stores a graphic chart of the satisfaction gap analysis revealed by the most recently completed workforce questionnaire. If applicable, a comparison chart of the two most recent questionnaire results is included. The administrator can access and print these chart-graphs at anytime.
