Employee Responsibility Documents
This tool is the primary communications mechanism that supervisors and managers use to provide "employment direction" to the employees under their guidance.
It eliminates the limitations of traditional written Job Descriptions and elevates the intended purpose of them to a new level of 24X7 online interactivity.
This tool is the cornerstone of the KEi Employee Retention System. Each of the remaining retention tools in the system can be linked to it.
Human Resources staff must be instructed to appropriately:
- Facilitate the process of converting existing written job descriptions to a personalized Responsibility Document for each employee.
- Establish and maintain the library of passwords for employee access to their individual Responsibility Documents and all support tools also activated.
- Facilitate the periodic updating of the job content aspects of Responsibility Documents for each job category.
TOOL FEATURES
Administrator access to RDs…this password secured feature allows only the administrator to implement updates to the job content aspects of each job category. Activating this update for a specific job category will automatically update the individualized Responsibility Document for each employee holding this particular job title. It also sends to these employees an email that alerts them to review and discuss the changes with their immediate supervisor.
Supervisor access to RDs…this password secured feature permits each supervisor to access the Responsibility Documents of all employees reporting directly to them.
Access my RD…this password secured feature allows each individual employee to access their personal Responsibility Document to view and work with any aspect of it.
