 For the last year we have been using KEi Attitude/Behavior Questionnaires as a screening tool for candidates involved in direct care roles. The online instrument itself is very easy for applicants to complete, taking only 15-20 minutes. Results are available immediately, which greatly enhances our screening process.
In a few instances, for comparison purposes, we have hired a candidate that was NOT RECOMMENDED by the questionnaire results, finding out the hard way that we should not have. We learned that these NOT RECOMMENDED candidates typically do not show, do not finish orientation or are fired for poor performance or some work infraction.
